At Jardosh Studio, every piece is handcrafted with care, precision, and an unwavering commitment to quality. Due to the artisanal nature and limited availability of our collections, we follow a strict No Return and No Refund policy. Please read the details carefully before placing your order.

1. No Refunds

All purchases are final. Once your order is confirmed and the payment is completed, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect or accidental order

  • Colour, print or weave variations

  • Size or style preferences after delivery

  • Promotional/discount code purchase (orders placed using discount codes are strictly non-refundable)

Handcrafted products may have slight differences in colour, weave, motifs, or finish — these are natural characteristics of artisanal work and not considered defects.

2. No Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges on any items.
Each product is checked thoroughly before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards.

If you believe you’ve received a damaged or defective product, please refer to the next section.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare case that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’re here to assist you. Please follow these steps:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Share an unboxing video (mandatory) and clear images showing the issue.

  • Mention your Order ID and registered contact details.

Resolution:
Once our team verifies the issue, we will provide either:

  • A replacement of the same product (subject to availability), or

  • A store credit equal to the product value if a replacement is not possible.

Note: Orders placed using discount codes, sale offers, or promotional coupons are not eligible for refunds, but may still receive a replacement or store credit if proven damaged at arrival.

4. Discount Code Conditions

  • Orders placed using discount codes (including first order codes) are non-refundable and non-returnable.

  • Discounted orders are only eligible for replacement or store credit, and only in case of verified damage or defect.

  • Discount codes must be applied at checkout; they cannot be added after an order is placed.
