At Jardosh The Designer Studio, we are dedicated to providing you with beautifully handcrafted apparel. This policy outlines the procedures for returns, refunds, and replacements.
1. RETURN POLICY WINDOW
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days from the date of delivery to request a return for an eligible item.
2. CONDITIONS FOR A VALID RETURN
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The product must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, with all original tags, labels, and accessories intact.
Please note that slight variations in color, weave, or motifs are inherent to handcrafted products and will not be considered defects.
3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Items purchased during a sale, or with a special discount code.
Any custom-made or altered apparel.
4. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or is different from what you ordered, you must report it to us within 48 hours of delivery.
Required Proof: Please provide your Order ID along with clear photos and a detailed unboxing video of the package and product. An unboxing video is mandatory for processing claims of damage.
5. THE RETURN PROCESS
Initiate Request: Contact our support team at Jardoshstudio@gmail.com with your order details and the required proof.
Approval & Reverse Pickup: Once your return request is approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup from your address.
Quality Check (QC): After the product is received at our studio, it will undergo a mandatory quality check.
6. REFUND POLICY
Processing: Refunds are initiated only after the returned product has been received and has passed our quality check.
Credit Timeframe: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original mode of payment within 7-10 business days.
Deductions: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
7. REPLACEMENT POLICY
A replacement will be provided if your original item was received in a damaged or defective condition.
Delivery Timeframe: Once your request for a replacement is approved, a new product will be dispatched. You can expect the replacement to be delivered within 7 to 9 working days, subject to the crafting time for the product.
